For some of us, weight management IS brain food much more difficult than for others. I am confused about your Weight Watcher's comment, as I am usually pretty high on that program. And as you probably realize, the low carb craze is winding down, largely because of the point you made...It's hard brain food to sustain and yes, it isn't the healthy diet for many people. I think given the experiences you have had, I would recommend a Program that is all planned out, such as Jenny Craig or SlimFasts. Also, if you like using the Internet, there are som peer reviewed weight loss programs that accurately present options.
