Current research projects include studies on (1) Regulation of Toll-like receptor-mediated cellular signaling pathways and gene expression of inflammatory mediators by dietary components such as fatty acids and flavonoids, (2) Differential regulation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) pathway by different fatty acids and the significance in the anti-tumorigenic function of dietary fatty acids, (3) The
