It’s ironic that while total fat intake has gone down over the years, reflecting public response to repeated recommendations, the epidemic of obesity has increased during those years. There’s too much high-calorie food out there. Everywhere we turn—on the street there are sellers of goodies, from bakeshops to fast-food institutions to vending machines. |
