My problem is a) I'm not sure how many calories to eat each day in order to lose weight. I think I should be eating around 2100 because I'm fairly active. And b)I don't get enough protein. I'm a vegetarian and have a hard time fitting in as much as I need. I think I should get around 100g roferon of protein a day but I average around roferon 60g. Excellent. Exercise is key here. Not knowing your age, height or current weight, 2,100 kcals for a woman regularly exercising (per you description) is reasonable. Actually your grams of protein sound about right.
